Who We Are
We've been helping businesses in South Korea make sense of their numbers since 2018. Budget planning shouldn't feel like guesswork—and we're here to make it straightforward.
Our Journey So Far
The Beginning
Started in a small office in Ulsan with three people and one belief—that budget reviews didn't have to be painful. We worked with local retailers first, learning what actually mattered when you're trying to stretch every won.
Finding Our Rhythm
The pandemic changed everything for small businesses. We shifted our focus to help companies adapt their budgets quickly. That year taught us more about financial flexibility than the previous two combined.
Growing Thoughtfully
Expanded our team to twelve and started working with mid-sized companies across South Korea. We kept our approach simple though—clear reports, honest conversations, and budgets that actually work in practice.
Where We Stand Today
Now supporting over 200 businesses with their budget planning. We're still based in Ulsan, still focused on practical advice, and still believe that good financial planning should be accessible without the corporate jargon.
What Guides Our Work
Real Numbers Matter
We work with what's actually happening in your business—not ideal scenarios or industry averages. Your budget should reflect your reality.
Plain Language
Financial terms can be confusing. We explain everything in straightforward Korean and English, so you always know what's going on with your money.
Quarterly Check-Ins
Markets change. Costs fluctuate. We review budgets every quarter because last year's plan rarely survives contact with this year's reality.
Local Context
Operating in South Korea means dealing with specific regulations, seasonal patterns, and market conditions. We factor all of that into our recommendations.
The People Behind the Process
Jaehyun Byun
Lead Financial AnalystBeen with us since day one. Started his career at a Big Four firm but found the corporate environment stifling. He prefers working directly with business owners who need clear answers, not 40-page reports.
