Build Your Career With Financial Purpose
We're looking for people who care about helping businesses make smarter decisions with their money. Not just spreadsheet jockeys—though you'll work with plenty of data—but folks who can translate numbers into actual strategy.
Our team works with companies across South Korea, from manufacturing operations in Ulsan to tech startups in Seoul. The work varies, but the goal stays consistent: help clients understand where their money goes and where it should go instead.

We're hiring for multiple positions starting in autumn 2025. Each role brings different challenges, but they all require someone who can think critically about financial systems and communicate clearly with clients who aren't finance experts.
Voices From Our Team
Seo Junwoo
Senior Budget AnalystI joined in 2022 after working at a large accounting firm. The difference? Here, I actually get to see how my analysis affects real business decisions. Last month, a manufacturing client restructured their entire procurement process based on spending patterns I identified. That kind of impact keeps the work interesting.
Takeshi Nakamura
Financial ConsultantWhat surprised me most was how much time we spend explaining things. Clients hire us because they know something's off with their budget allocation, but they don't always understand the financial terminology. Half my job is translation—turning complex data into decisions people can actually act on.
How We Work With New Team Members
Our onboarding takes about three months. That might sound long, but budget review work has a lot of moving parts. We'd rather you feel confident before taking on your own client projects.
Foundation Phase
First month focuses on our methodology. You'll shadow experienced consultants, review past projects, and learn our analysis frameworks. We also cover the specific challenges businesses in South Korea face—currency considerations, regional market differences, regulatory context.
Collaborative Projects
Months two and three, you'll work alongside a senior consultant on active client accounts. Start by handling data collection and preliminary analysis, gradually taking on more complex tasks as you get comfortable with our approach.
Independent Work
By month four, you'll manage your own client relationships with supervision available when needed. Most people continue to consult with colleagues regularly—that's actually encouraged. Good budget analysis often benefits from multiple perspectives.
